Cafe & Gallery Musee

In Kanazawa, many people know the 21st Century Museum Of Contemporary Art Kanazawa but we also have quite a few smaller art galleries too.

　As my personal summer project, I visited galleries as much as I could. Although I have been living here from childhood, I have never known that so much cool places are existed! And also, where I have visited were all entrance free so you have no choice but to add your agenda during your stay in Kanazawa.

This one is called "Cafe & Gallery Musee" near 21st Century Museum. Small gallery is attached in this cafe. The owner said, everyone is very welcome just visiting the gallery space. However I couldn't refuse to sit down at the beautiful window seat to have some coffee. I just loved the view from the seat...! It would be also great view in every each season.

金沢といえば、21世紀美術館が有名ですが、他にも面白い美術館は沢山あります。この夏は、、小さな個人ギャラリーを沢山見てきました！それぞれ、個性のあるギャラリーは見ているだけでとても楽しいですし、入場料などは掛からないので、金沢に来た際には21世紀美術館に加えて、小さなギャラリーめぐりをするのも楽しいかと思います。

21世紀美術館からすぐ近くにある、建物の2階にあるカフェ＆ギャラリー　ミュゼは、カフェにギャラリーが併設された建物です。ギャラリーだけでも、自由にみることができます。落ち着いた濃い色の家具で統一された店内は、本をゆっくり読んだりするのにぴったりです。特に、大きな窓のある席からは、緑が美しい小庭と、用水を眺めることができて本当に癒されます。春夏秋冬、いつ行っても、違う表情を見ることができて楽しいと思います。
